Ana can mail the tiles to you if you cannot pick up. For us it was 20 euros to ship. The whole thing took about 1.5 hrs. We loved our experience and would recommend!

Ana was funny and helpful. We got to learn a little about her life and her passion of art. The experience was one that I won't forget. The process was explained easily and showed to us. You get to pick your design out of a handful of binders, so there is a lot of choices. Not only that, you also get to pick your colors! Two hours is perfect timing. Ana will talk with you about everything and help you when you need. At the end, you can take a picture with your art and keep it. It was extremely helpful that Ana can send off your tile if you need. We did this a day before we left, so we had to ship it. Pricing is extremely affordable! Thank you so much for the opportunity. :)

Ana is very calm and explains everything personally, overall a extremely relaxing atmosphere. You'll sweat a bit during the first brush strokes, but soon time will be flying by. The only problem: there's too much choice! Pattern, colours... I could have painted dozens of tiles! Aside from biscuits and drinks you'll get a polaroid (!) with you and your tile and it'll be shipped for a very modest fee (4€ to Germany). I can't wait to find my parcel upon arriving home! And just forget about the souvenir shop tiles. Please.

Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time in Lisbon to pick up the tiles ourselves so they were sent to us. I wish the packaging was better though, one of the tiles arrived broken. Would have been nice to have at least a piece of cardboard to protect it.
