She checked in frequently to provide assistance throughout the process. The only thing that could be improved are the pickup/shipping options. It is a bit pricey to ship it and the pickup options are a little limited.

Ana's tile painting was the highlight of the trip! We were able to spend an afternoon of mother/daughter time AND explore our creative sides...
